Our Caribbean Cruise

Jon and I took a truck, a shuttle bus, two planes, a taxi, and another shuttle bus to arrive at our vacation destination: a beautiful cruise ship sailing the Caribbean. We had a completely relaxing time and fully enjoyed ourselves... forgetting about work and stress and laundry and cooking and kids (thanks to our parents who so willingly took care of them!)... it was wonderful. Captain Johnny, our ship's captain from Norway, took us to Haiti, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel (a Mexican island). We loved the deep turquoise water and the sun. One of the highlights of the trip was snorkeling over a shipwreck in Grand Cayman - we loved that! The water was so incredibly clear and beautiful! And our favorite port was Cozumel. We felt safe there and loved seeing the real culture. It was a very fun and relaxing port. We'd love to go back to that one. It was wonderful to have a full week to relax and spend time together!
