We pass Hogle Zoo every time we go anywhere; it is literally 7 minutes from our house. The sun came out today (hooray!) so we finally got to go visit the animals at the zoo. The kids were so excited when we got there and were so cute running around. They loved the monkeys and goslings and well, pretty much everything except having to leave. Jon was a great photographer (though he neglected to take any photos of himself). It was sooo nice to be out in the warm sun and be together and be happy. I needed a fun outing. Oh, I had to include that first photo of us by the lion fountain b/c I have one of myself when I was really little at that exact same fountain!

Hey! I remember that fountain! You sure have a beautiful family, Sabina. :) My favorite of these photos is Eve looking through the glass, her braids in full view. You & Jon are great photographers.
Awww...the lion fountain. Classic. I miss you guys. Wish we were there to go to the zoo too. Maybe next month!
Our annual pass just ran out a couple of weeks ago. I wish the weather would have been nicer sooner :(
