On the FOURTEENTH day of Christmas

Eve went to preschool, where they learned about letter I. They made ice cream and igloos!

Bubba and I went to Toys-R-Us so he could play on the train table. :) And then to Sam's Club for some groceries. We picked up a few more Christmas gifts too!

Eve taught our FHE lesson all about choosing the right. She came up with it all on her own. Bubba chose to play frisbee for the game, and then we ate Eve's ice cream for dessert!

We read "The Snow Queen" as retold by Gaby Something... very strange story that didn't really make sense (I suppose retelling it in rhyming verse contributed to that). If you know any good Christmas stories, do share!

Sabina: What a great idea to post all about the month! If I wasn't so pregnant I would totall steal this idea (maybe next year). Christmas book ideas: The Polar Express, The Nutcracker, A Shepherd's Gift (Mary Calhoun). Those are a few...Good luck!

Thanks, Alicia! We'll have to check those books out. I stole this idea from my friend, so yes, please do use it next year. It's so fun and really helps you do something small with the kids each day to celebrate the season. :) Hope you're doing great!
